Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for CRM systems and real estate technology?

What You’ll Do:

Implement, Manage and optimize our Bitrix24 CRM platform
Ensure seamless lead tracking and follow-ups across the sales funnel
Generate actionable insights and reports for senior management
Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and provide hands-on tech support
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve CRM functionality
Would be able to work with Microsoft 365 admin panel.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in the real estate industry
Strong experience with Bitrix24.
Skilled in troubleshooting, user support, and data analysis
Organized, solution-driven, and strong cross-functional communicator
