Customer Services Executive – Warehousing,

Location – JAFZAResponsibilities:

.      Interacting and communicating with customers, internal departments, and suppliers.

·        Updating the receipts and deliveries of consignments promptly.

·        Ensuring accurate WMS entries of inbound/ outbound orders for effective inventory management and preparation of appropriate shipping documents.

·        Assisting the warehouse operations team in scheduling tasks for optimum resource utilization.

·        Addressing issues and escalating to ensure operations are well-managed and customers are satisfied.

·        Updating the costs and preparing the billing information for invoicing

. Preferred qualifications:

·        Familiarity with Dubai customs and Jebel Ali Free Zone documentation and procedures.

·        Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

·        Knowledge of WMS functionality.

·        Understanding of warehouse operations, customs documentation, and transportation.

·        Strong customer service capabilities with an ability to handle challenging situations and communicate effectively.
