Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Setup Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the business setup process, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing top-notch customer support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Business Setup Responsibilities:

Assist clients in setting up new businesses, including registering companies, obtaining trade licenses, and securing necessary approvals.
Provide consultation on legal structures, jurisdiction selection, and licensing requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and documentation processing.
Stay updated on changes in company formation regulations and advise clients accordingly.
Prepare and process necessary paperwork for company registration and renewals.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, PRO services) to ensure seamless business setup.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business setup consultancy, company formation.
Strong knowledge of company formation laws and licensing procedures in UAE.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Arabic, is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
