HIRING: ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER – MOTOR REWINDING SERVICES

We are looking to hire:
Group Company: GMRS – A specialized division of Gulf Group Holding, GMRS is a leading provider of electrical and mechanical solutions across the UAE, with core expertise in motor rewinding services and maintenance of industrial equipment.
Position: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in operations or project supervision, preferably within the motor rewinding and electrical maintenance industry.
Key Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of AC/DC motor rewinding, pump servicing, and generator maintenance
Hands-on experience managing workshop operations and field service teams
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to plan and execute projects, manage manpower, and meet client deadlines
Skilled in liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools
UAE Driving License preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily operations of the motor rewinding workshop and on-site service teams
Ensure timely execution of repair, rewinding, and maintenance tasks
Coordinate with engineers and technicians to fulfill client requirements
Monitor quality control and safety compliance across work locations
Support inventory management and procurement planning
Driving sales management
Submit operational reports and performance updates to management
Address technical challenges and support efficient problem resolution
Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
