Hiring Announcement: MEP Project Manager – AED 50 Million+ Projects

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value building services projects exceeding AED 50 million in value.

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale MEP works on high-value commercial/industrial/residential projects.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage cost control, planning, and scheduling with a focus on timely delivery.
• Direct on-site execution, testing & commissioning, and final handover.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the UAE preferably in Abudhabi with proven expertise in managing MEP projects above AED 50 million.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, ELV systems, and authority approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; PMP certification is a plus.
